Tips from Nightfall Toronto:
Prioritize your attribute categories: Mental, Physical and Social traits must be assigned a primary, secondary and tertiary emphasis. Without spending experience, you may allocate 5 dots to your primary attributes, 4 dots to your secondary attributes and 3 dots to your tertiary. The first dot is free, the fifth dot will cost you two.
Purchasing a dot of an attribute beyond this initial outlay costs 5 XP times the number of Dots you wish to purchase. For example, if you have 3 dots, and wish to have 4 dots, it will cost you ( 4 x 5 XP )= 20 XP.
