Characters created with 40 points or less of experience (40 extra points above and beyond what is normally granted during creation) are automatically approved for play and may be used immediately at Nightfall Toronto.

Characters created from 40 to 80 points require approval before they may be used at Nightfall Toronto. A rich, detailed and impressive character background will improve your chances to be approved.

Although Character Death is possible in any scene, characters who are geared for combat and have no realistic depth (id est, spending all of your experience on powerful disciplines and few skills) will be denied. We do not appreciate shallow twinks here at Nightfall Toronto. Go play in someone else's sandbox.
